How do I determine the correct size for raw denim?
We recommend measuring a pair of jeans you already own using our specific measurement guide. Raw denim often fits differently than mass-produced clothing, so comparing waist, rise, and thigh measurements is the most accurate way to find your fit.
Do you offer hemming services?
Yes, we offer complimentary chain-stitch hemming on all full-priced trousers purchased from Blue Owl Workshop. We use a vintage Union Special 43200G machine to ensure an authentic finish.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 21 days of the ship date. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that items hemmed at the customer's request are final sale.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping via UPS or USPS usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
Will my jeans shrink after the first wash?
This depends on the fabric. 'Sanforized' denim is pre-shrunk and will have minimal shrinkage, while 'Unsanforized' or 'Loomstate' denim can shrink up to 10% after its first soak. Check the product description for specific fabric details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon delivery.
