The Real McCoy's faithfully reproduces the Type III Utility Shirt using a custom-developed cotton sateen woven to replicate the texture, weight, and durability of the original military fabric. Cut in a shirt-jacket silhouette, the garment is finished with period-correct chest pockets, painted urea buttons, and cotton thread construction.
